Every Salvage Arrt piece is crafted to order, a reflection of time, skill, and respect for materials. As such, delivery times vary depending on the preparation period of your chosen design. This timeframe is communicated to you after all designs are finalized

Once your piece has been completed, we will coordinate with you to arrange delivery.

•  We offer careful, door-to-door delivery to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition. Larger items may include white-glove service — unwrapping, placement, and assembly — to ease the experience.

Because each Salvage Arrt piece is born from reclaimed materials, variations in texture, grain, or tone are to be expected. These details are not flaws but signatures of authenticity — reminders that what was once forgotten has been reimagined into beauty.

Returns

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of Salvage Arrt pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every object is created uniquely for you, with your order setting into motion a process of craftsmanship, provenance, and ecological restoration.

However, your satisfaction is essential to us. Should your piece arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact info@salvagearrt.com within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will work with you to find a solution.
